The HRC ID provides card holders with a reliable form of identification that can be used as a tool by law enforcement, city departments, health centers, schools, businesses, and cultural arts organizations to better identify, serve, and protect us.

We are a group of activists and organizers who are committed to tangible work expanding access to basic human rights in our community.

The Rapid Response Hotline was organized to respond to enforcement actions, but is most often used by those seeking to be connected to local resources or register for a community ID drive. The helpline is answered from 9am to 5pm daily.

We are not currently accepting new volunteers as we get settled in our new home at the Rural Women's Health Project.
